SLV Internal 

SLV Internal is a cementitious mortar based on vermiculite specifically designed for passive fire protection of internal steel and concrete structures. With an attractive bulk density and exceptional performance in terms of thickness relative to fire resistance, SLV Internal is perfectly suited for internal applications, both in new builds and renovations.

SLV Internal of NESTAAN is mainly used in the construction sector.

Normalization

SLV Internal is a non-combustible product, class A1. It has undergone extensive fire testing and meets the requirements of the following standards:

  • EN (European Standard)
  • BS (British Standard)

Product Features

SLV Internal is a low-density, lightweight, and durable product. It ensures a long lifespan. It is applied quickly and efficiently during the first phase of a construction project and requires little to no maintenance thereafter. SLV Internal can be covered with a fire-resistant finish available in several colours.

Composition

SLV Internal, largely composed of Belgian raw materials, consists of exfoliated vermiculite, a durable expanded mineral that acts as a thermal barrier, combined with optimised cement binders, mineral fillers, and additives.

Production

SLV Internal is a pre-mixed and sprayable mortar produced in our state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing plant in Blandain, in accordance with the strict quality standards of ISO 9001 certification.

Certificates

NESTAAN can present the ETA certificate for SLV Internal, with CE marking approval from ITEC.
